Lachha paratha

Our Lachha Paratha is layered perfection straight from the tawa. Freshly kneaded whole wheat dough is rolled, folded, and coiled with generous lashings of ghee to create those signature beautiful, flaky layers — then cooked on a blazing hot tawa until gloriously golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft, warm, and wonderfully flaky within. A bread that is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat
